Hey everyone! 👋🏻 And a big welcome to the newest member of our community. We are so happy you are here. 🤗
I want to take a minute to tell you what this space is really about.
Every single day, things happen in our office (The Closing Signing Service). Some good, some not so good, some that make us laugh and some that make us go 🤯. This is where we bring them to you.
The idea here is simple. We deal with real situations in this business all the time, and instead of keeping them behind closed doors, we share them so you can learn right alongside us.
We post the wins AND the messes. The closings that go perfectly, and the ones that almost fall apart.
Because the truth is, you learn just as much from what goes wrong as you do from what goes right.
One thing I want to be very clear about. We are NOT here to call anyone out. No names, ever. This is not about pointing fingers at a notary, a client, or anybody else. It is always about the situation, never the person. The whole point is that you get to look at what happened, understand it, and apply that lesson to your own business.
And let me be honest with you, there is no space like this out there. Nobody is opening their office doors and showing you the real day to day the way we do here. So take advantage of it. Read, ask questions, share your own experiences too. The more real we get in here, the more all of us grow. 💪🏻
