I found a contract I can bid on, but all the vendors I found online are not listed as the Approved Source. The part I found matches the correct part number and is made by the Approved Source, but it's being sold through a distributor.
How should I proceed with bidding on this contract? Is it okay to purchase from the distributor and but ensure they provide proper traceability documents proving the part comes from the Approved Source, so I don’t run into any issues?
