Are the discount terms you select when submitting a bid via Dibbs applied to the total cost of the contract or the per unit cost?

They offer many solutions and it's confusing me. It's hard for me to decide on which product I actually need. So which product should I buy from Mil Pac so that I can print my labels for shipping?

How do you get around approved sources/ manufacturers that state they bid directly on DLA solicitation themselves yet there are 100+ open solicitations requesting their parts?

I found a contract I can bid on, but all the vendors I found online are not listed as the Approved Source. The part I found matches the correct part number and is made by the Approved Source, but it's being sold through a distributor. How should I proceed with bidding on this contract? Is it okay to purchase from the distributor and but ensure they provide proper traceability documents proving the part comes from the Approved Source, so I don’t run into any issues?

When you see past due solicitations on the Dibbs website, should you contact the point of contact to ensure it’s still open and something they need or should I just submit a quote since it’s still online?
