I won my First DLA Contract! 52 days

Hey Skoolies ! its been a long time since I have been on here, hope everyone is good going into the new year. I have a question and it pertains to dibbs. I have benn looking at different RFQ and the RFQ's I want to bid on all say "PR inprocess" ..have never seen that before . Does that mean a the contract is in the process of being given to an entity? Thx !
