I took a whole week off from trading last week. Needed to reset and come back in tune. Focus on my wellbeing. I tend to push and burn out without realising. To be most myself I must respect myself most. I.e. respect my requirement for rest.

My highest desire right now is to meet my ride or die. To do that I must follow my intuition which is to travel to Thailand. It is also been my intuition for 2 months now but I have been delaying it by saying things like I will go after I get XX done… Spoke with my coach and we discovered that the thing I want most is to meet my ride or die and that is my number one priority in life but I’m masking it with other things. Making this jump of booking a ticket and trusting that everything plays out in my highest favour. It’s a fear over faith situation for me right now.
