Introduction 👋
Hi, I'm Sam! I'm the Student Success Specialist at NL Tutoring, which means I’m your go-to person for everything from setting up your first tutoring appointments to answering any questions students or parents might have along the way. I’m passionate about helping families feel supported and confident throughout their learning journey.
I’ve spent my entire career in customer service, and I genuinely love connecting with people. Over the years, I’ve also become the unofficial social media manager in many of my roles—if there’s an Instagram page to be run, I’m usually behind it!
When I’m not working, you can find me diving into video games, trying out amazing food, or getting lost in fantasy novels and graphic novels. And soon, I’ll be joined at home by a brand new kitten—my future sidekick in all things cozy and chaotic.
