I have been attending the last three live sessions since i joined this community and the accountability factor really played a role which finally pushed me to start my journey. The lives itself have been great, focusing on creating that mindset towards weightloss, to stay focused and ambitious. Furthermore, educational knowledge as well as myth busters like we had in todays live session regarding how thermal reaction or the heat aids in our diet

Takeaway
What i learned from today's session is you have to develop self control which is it self a jahad but nothing is impossible. Take everything but under calories count. You have to keep ur eyes close while passing from some tempting food🤣
Diet Plan Query
I have just calculated my BMR and according to moderately active if i chose loose weight window it shows I should consume 1700 calories so do I need to subtract 700 calories now and form my diet plan for 1000 cal?
