Calorie count confusion
I have calculated my calories through the website, and i am confused. Considering my sedentary lifestyle my daily calories would be 1,670 calories. Shall i decrease 700 in this and go to 970 calories per day according to the calculation. However, i have heard not to go below 1800 calories per day. For reference: Age: 26yr Gender: Female Height: 5ft 2 inch Weight: 70kg

that 1800 calorie mark was for most of the male above 6foot you can start with 1500 and add walk and home workout in your daily life

Live sessions
I have been attending the last three live sessions since i joined this community and the accountability factor really played a role which finally pushed me to start my journey. The lives itself have been great, focusing on creating that mindset towards weightloss, to stay focused and ambitious. Furthermore, educational knowledge as well as myth busters like we had in todays live session regarding how thermal reaction or the heat aids in our diet

Asalamaualaikum! My name is Gulrukh and i joined this community help lose weight, become a more energetic person physically. My Challenge with fitness journey is how to make it sustainable part of my life which i am here to find out I have a desk job along with part time walking, but with an emotional connection to food, be it sadness or happiness i celebrate it with food which has consequences which i am suffering (i.e. increasing weight)

Heyyy Fam!!!! How are you all doing and how’s your journey going??? I am so glad to drop 4 kgs in a month with diet and gym, though wasnt going gym everyday but was making sure to be there min 3 days a week plus controlling the portion as much as I can!!! Honestly If I can do this with the health issues I have, I am confident I can achieve my ideal weight!!! Wish me luck!!! And Thank you @Coach Qadeer
