Calorie count confusion
I have calculated my calories through the website, and i am confused. Considering my sedentary lifestyle my daily calories would be 1,670 calories. Shall i decrease 700 in this and go to 970 calories per day according to the calculation. However, i have heard not to go below 1800 calories per day. For reference: Age: 26yr Gender: Female Height: 5ft 2 inch Weight: 70kg

Hahaha it’s so hard to give in the temptation of crash diets and fast results but I have been there and i have practically seen that the weight you loose fast and in unhealthy way comes back with twice pace so yea smaller steps at a time 😅
