2 weeks since I dislocated my shoulder rock climbing. Here's a quick update.
Gained a little bit of mobility, but still really restricted, and pain has reduced a fair bit.
Have 2 new physio exercises along with my old ones.
- Static resistance band holds for 20s (new)
- Dowel stick abductions x 5 (new)
- Unassisted arm rotations x many
- Hanging arm pendulums x many
Still got one more week in the sling but that's it for now!
