Hi! I'm Lauren. My home gym is in Richmond, VA. My favorite outdoor bouldering crag is Stone Fort (near Chattanooga). My favorite sport crag is Reed's Creek in West Virginia. I am finally giving myself permission to be great at climbing. 💪❤️

In Singapore/Asia in general, we end a climb by matching our hands on the last hold. I heard that in gyms in the US, people end their climbs by matching and holding the top of the wall? I saw a Canadian guy doing that in my gym and I was wondering what he was doing haha. How do you usually end your boulder climbs in your gyms?

How did you find you climbing friends or partners? I get asked this question all the time. I met a lot at the gym, convinced friends and family to come with me and dragged any existing friends in as well haha. How did ya'll meet your climbing homies?

Hey y’all, just finished a fun climbing sesh with another great human from this group @Daniel Podsiadlo !!! I’m from out of town and it was great to have a friend show me around home gym. Posting this to encourage as we grow as a group see if anyone lives near you on the map and meet up with them too! Climbing is more fun together! Hey everyone! I joined the group to satisfy my ever constant desire to do something related to climbing. Where I live, we don’t have a climbing gym, so I’m hoping to learn some creative ways to train since I can only climb once or twice a month. Open to suggestions!
