Maintaining Psych During Injuries
So I was climbing a 13a on the weekend and Bamm! My should popped out, I took a fall, and it popped back in.
How do you maintain psych when injured?
Hopefully after some rest, rehab and physio I can get back to my level of fitness. In the meantime, got any recommendations for staying fit?
