I’m currently rehabbing a torn gracilis AND a pulley injury. I’m trying to still be consistent, go to the gym with different expectations than normal, not be too hard on myself. But if I’m honest it’s been about 3 to 4 weeks of not feeling like climbing, or not having very good energy while I’m there.
So what do you do when you get into phases of climbing like this? How do you pull yourself out of it?
