Here's some more info on today's Energy Reset Circle:

Energy Reset Circles are live, guided healing gatherings held once a month. Each session is designed to help you drop beneath the surface, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and receive powerful energetic support for your healing journey and growth.

This is not a time to trauma dump. It is a space to simply lay back and receive. No doing. Just allowing the energy to move through you.

Every session is live and completely unique. Each month Therese will work on the priorities of the group. Whether you attend in real time or watch the replay, your energy is included, and the session will activate for you as soon as you listen.

When we come together, we create a shared energetic field, an amplified group matrix, that accelerates transformation for everyone. People often remark that the session felt “tailor-made for them,” offering exactly the release, clarity, or guidance they needed in that moment.

These circles are a beautiful space to:

-Reconnect with yourself on a deeper level

- Restore balance to your energy systems (chakras, meridians, and more)

- Clear unseen blocks that are keeping you stuck

- Release outdated patterns and beliefs

- Open to new insights, healing, and intuitive guidance

All are welcome. No prior experience is needed. Headphone or a quiet space is best to fully experience the session.
