What the world needs, perhaps now more than ever, is love. But what is love? I guess there could be as many definitions as there are people. Share yours! I’ve spent a lot of time with the question the past year and personally I’ve landed in articulating it as; Love is to genuinely want the best for another. Curious to hear how you define love.

My dad has told me my whole life: “The more you do, the more you can do.” When it comes to being a creator, there’s nothing more true. We dilute ourselves often — over-protecting our energy, minimizing our output, and trying to figure out how we can do less, not more. There can be benefit to this in certain circumstances. But for the most part, we were born to create. And when we’re not actively creating — working on projects, giving gifts, participating in community — we’re not really happy. Even the most introverted of us. Dave, owner of the Istana and our business partner — the one who hosts the meditation Truth Talks with Leo said to me in a meeting one day: “Justice, do you know what the Blue Zones are?” I said yes. He said, “Do you know what makes up a Blue Zone — what the most important aspects are?” I said, “Yeah… clean air, nutrient-dense soil and food, super clean water, good air quality…” And then I drew a blank. He said, “Yes — all of those are great. And all of them are irrelevant compared to the one you missed.” Community. The Japanese have a principle called ikigai. Ikigai literally means: “the reason you get up in the morning” or “that which makes life worth living.” Or purpose. And all science shows that when human beings lose purpose, they stop working, stop moving, stop participating — and they die. They wither away. We have to find things to be doing, to be creating, to be working on. We flourish the most when we’re creating. So ask yourself: What are you not allowing yourself to create right now? What story might you be telling yourself about why you don’t have the energy, the time, or the resources to do it? How much are you diluting yourself into thinking you can’t do the thing — when really, you can? This is my reflection for today :) Go create. Go work on your passions. Go out and dance. Be in community. Find a way to give your gifts to the world. I promise, happiness will follow. Peace and Love, Justice

He's in suffering, regardless of his great achievements. Tony Robbins literally coaches him live on how to open the heart and start leading from it, instead of the brain. I honestly felt this is what father and son conversations should look like. I found it super inspiring, and I believe it's created a massive ripple in the masculine field. <3 Feels like part of the New Earth awakening for the masculine. Allowing their inner feminine to lead. Also Tony Robbins' fire about his purpose reminds me of Thor's about his mission! Keen to hear thoughts, mostly from the men. Much love

A New Earth won't be created with just love and light. The world is built by systems. There are ecological systems, biological systems and then there are human systems (government systems, educations systems, etc). We will also need systems to be a part of creating a new world. What are your thoughts on the systems that a New Earth will have? In particular, I'm wondering what our monetary system, legal system and time system should be like. These are three critical systems that really influence our world and yet most people have no clue how powerful of an impact these three systems have on us. The people who control the creation of currency have the power to control everything. We will never be able to create a New Earth as long as we rely on the current masters of money. They have other plans, and they have the supreme power to enact their plans. If you can create money, you can create the money to pay any puppet, any politician, any newscaster, and any army you want. The alchemists of old dreamed of turning led into gold. The central bankers performed something even more magical when they realized they could create money out of nothing. Then they subjugate us by saying we need to pay back the debt for the thing that they created out of nothing. What will we use for currency that isn't created by the current masters? To incorporate (as in incorporate a business or an institution) is to create a creature like a golem made just of paper documents but has all the rights of a human being. These incorporated creatures are used as shields to protect the masters from the consequences and liability of their actions. All our government institutions are incorporations from the municipal level to the federal level. Every golem has a master and we are not the masters of these governmental incorporations.
