Monday Call Reflection: Drop yours

Every time we have to call, I’m blown away by the power of this community. We’ve hosted a lot of really fun calls, but this one was my personal favorite because it felt the most integrated. Funny enough the topic of the call was integrity.

The flow was beautiful, Thor dropped in sharing where he’s at and where we are at as a team and it was great to have his fire back.

We reflected on the culture we have curated inside of our company and between us as friends that we hold each other too, where no distortion goes unspoken no truth goes unspoken, and we express ourselves unafraid of judgment, and always willing to introspect and grow.

Then it was a very smooth transition between me and Alex passing it over to Chelsea to lead us into a wonderful grounding meditation.

( I was challenged so beautifully during that meditation because my cat would not shut up, and Chelsea was speaking directly to accepting what is, and I transmitted the anger and frustration inside of me for my cat into acceptance :) 😂

We sat in silence for two minutes after the meditation, and then Alex transition does beautifully into a reflection on integrity and prompted the community to share their thoughts, and shine a light on the dirt that they have experienced in spiritual communities, as well as what they love and want more of from our community.

& Will opened with acknowledging that we are all leaders in our own right, there is no hierarchy. There is just sacred responsibilities that we have been delegated it’s important to feel like we are all a part of the big picture and contributing not just following blindly.

In regards to the spiritual dirt, there was some beautiful wisdom shared that a lot of leaders tried to hold the façade that they have all the answers and then they can fix all of your problems. This brings light to us standing in integrity with what we do now and being willing to acknowledge what we need help with. As well as having the resources and courage to point to other leaders and teachers for the answers, not just regurgitating opinions about things we don’t have direct experience with.

The light of truth helps us break the façade!

There were some shadows shared in regards to charging a lot of money for community connection courses etc. “ only when you spend a lot of money and you have a deep connection.”

This is obviously a very nuanced topic. But it prompted so much beautiful reflection from the community and a great rebuttal that led to one of my favorite pieces of wisdom from the call. Shared by someone who has a very well integrated high ticket offer.

As long as we aren’t using old world, marketing tactics pressuring people, and pushing them into scarcity and fear, we can ask for the abundance that we deserve, and it will be reciprocated without karmic debt. This lovely soul said something along the lines of . “ you don’t need me to get where you’re going on your path, you don’t need my services offering or anything I have to share. You will continue walking, I’m here to walk beside you if you choose. Our pads have crossed for a reason and it’s up to you to decipher whether or not what I am sharing is in integrity with what you truly feel you need. ”

This really embodied to me, The I’m not here to be your savior type of energy. I’m not going to try and give you something that you do not want. I know my value and I know my worth and if it is meant to be, it will be acceptance, courage, fortitude, and dignity, while also being empathetic and in full acceptance.

One of the last things I’d like to touch on was the point that we need to redefine our view of abundance, just equating to money.

If you only allow yourself to receive abundance in the form of money, then you will fiercely be limited in the way abundance expresses itself to you. Be open to receiving everything the universe has to offer.

PRACTICAL STUFF: there is a new tab in the community called goals, we decided on the call that it would be of benefit to everyone if we openly shared our goals, dreams, visions aspirations, and a practical and inspiring way so that we can see where our goals online as a community and it grant us better opportunities for connection.

It is also a very auspicious time to reflect on and get extreme clarity on your goals as well as structure how you are going to hit them.
