Hello New Earth fam! The past year and a half has been an incredible journey. Meeting all of you incredible souls from all over the world has filled with me joy and inspiration. In such a short time, I've made life long friends, met strong mentors and created a lifestyle that offers me freedom and creative expression. A couple months ago, I met my brother @Justice Calabro in North Carolina and had the trip of my life. Planning out the NE community with him since day one has been a honor and privilege. Our twin flame connection is the stuff of legend. The powerful women I've met in here @Caitlyn Collins @Asia Golden @Eva Krom wow! You are all my wise mentors and have helped me grow leaps and bounds. It seems like just yesterday we were connecting on the Tuesday zoom calls. My life is so much more rich and beautiful with you ladies. @Thor Aarsand My brother, you've given me the tools and inspiration to make my dreams a reality. Since day one, your teachings and techniques for content creation were a perfect fit for me. I've achieved world class results for my clients and have brought in the abundance to travel and live life on my own terms... Freedom. Your guidance has helped me take action on my dreams like never before and have introduced me to the most incredible friends and soul family. Thank you! ATLA gang for life. Tomorrows call will be really tapping into the intention of the space. We will be exploring the community parameters and gathering some of your reflections. As well as exploring what upholding these values in an online / physical space looks like. I'd like to get practical in regards to examples of how we can live in integrity with these virtues, as well as around what "rules" tangibly do we need inside of this container for it to serve its purpose, and remain a focused and "safe" space. Speaking of, it's serving its purpose, I'd like to lay out some expectations for what this community is, and what the space is appropriate for. This is a space of exploration expression and authenticity... its an exploration of how to live in integrity with virtue. As much value as we do try to provide in this container, it's primary objective is not teaching it is community. Which is a interesting paradox to uphold online. The primary long-term objective is to bring this community to life with land, with shared, visions and fundraisers, and a whole plethora of ways for us to engage and support each other. And the space for teaching and sharing is held inside of the university. Where, in reciprocity we exchange our time, service and expertise, as well as host, others allowing them to share their time, service, and expertise with you. I'd like to explore the concepts of reciprocity, and being in integrity, with how much time and energy we can share, while still being an integrity with our value. And the threshold between having to charge for our personal services, and offering things for free. Everything is an energetic investment, and this community holds so much value and treasure, simply because of the quality and integrity of the virtuous souls here and I want to make sure that it is being appropriately honored. With that said, I would love to explore some of the fun ways that we can engage this community with challenges with spaces for open reflection, dialogues co-working, etc. and things that you feel would be nourishing for the space.

Every time we have to call, I’m blown away by the power of this community. We’ve hosted a lot of really fun calls, but this one was my personal favorite because it felt the most integrated. Funny enough the topic of the call was integrity. The flow was beautiful, Thor dropped in sharing where he’s at and where we are at as a team and it was great to have his fire back. We reflected on the culture we have curated inside of our company and between us as friends that we hold each other too, where no distortion goes unspoken no truth goes unspoken, and we express ourselves unafraid of judgment, and always willing to introspect and grow. Then it was a very smooth transition between me and Alex passing it over to Chelsea to lead us into a wonderful grounding meditation. ( I was challenged so beautifully during that meditation because my cat would not shut up, and Chelsea was speaking directly to accepting what is, and I transmitted the anger and frustration inside of me for my cat into acceptance :) 😂 We sat in silence for two minutes after the meditation, and then Alex transition does beautifully into a reflection on integrity and prompted the community to share their thoughts, and shine a light on the dirt that they have experienced in spiritual communities, as well as what they love and want more of from our community. Here were some of the reflections shared. I was so immersed in the reflections themselves. I seem to have forgotten who said them. So please take credit for your beautiful shares. ❤️‍🔥🌹 @Alex Manecuta & Will opened with acknowledging that we are all leaders in our own right, there is no hierarchy. There is just sacred responsibilities that we have been delegated it’s important to feel like we are all a part of the big picture and contributing not just following blindly. In regards to the spiritual dirt, there was some beautiful wisdom shared that a lot of leaders tried to hold the façade that they have all the answers and then they can fix all of your problems. This brings light to us standing in integrity with what we do now and being willing to acknowledge what we need help with. As well as having the resources and courage to point to other leaders and teachers for the answers, not just regurgitating opinions about things we don’t have direct experience with.

Content creation is create work. Creativity is rooted in the feminine, it is creation. Being direct and concise, roots the feminine in the masculine. Bold and direct, balances out the masculine and the feminine. Be brave and speak your truth. Connect and feel the art. @Thor Aarsand does this well, @Eva Krom does this well. Eva, is deep and heartfelt and cuts clean through with her confident delivery. Thor, is fearless in his bold delivery and artfully covers deep topics rooted in emotion. The spiritual path is not for the faint of heart. It takes strength to see your shadows, and it takes in trusting others to fully let go. Online communities, in person retreats, New Earth businesses... Offer the hope of a world that respects connection to "source". But, oftentimes these spaces falter in their integrity and lose touch with the very essence they claim to uphold. 👉 For this Monday's community call, we are inviting you all to share your gripes with the spiritual world. Let's gather together and discuss what this space needs. Together, we will define integrity. What it looks like; and brainstorm new features for our community.
