Plants move. We just don't usually see it because we're moving too fast.
Today you slow down enough to catch them in the act.
---
Today's invitation:
Pick one stem, one tendril, or one flower bud. Mark it with a tiny string or just remember it.
Come back to it in the morning, at midday, and in the evening.
Notice: has it turned toward the light? Has it opened? Has it relaxed? Has it reached just a little further than it did this morning?
Plants are always reaching. Always becoming. Always responding.
Say softly:
"You move at your own pace. I'm learning to watch."
---
Today's practice:
Check the same plant part three times today. Note one change.
๐ Drop ๐๐ฟ if you caught a plant moving today.
