First, food is not a religion, and food is not a culture it’s just fuel for this machine (the body). There may be cultural aspects to taste or a religious tinge to food that developed over time, but essentially, it is fuel for the body. So the real question is: what kind of food allows the body to function with minimum struggle and maximum impact? Think of it this way: if you buy a petrol car and pump diesel into it, it may still move, but not at its optimum. Similarly, you can eat various kinds of food and the body will still somehow function. Yes, you can eat almost anything and survive but survival isn’t the same as thriving. Those who choose their food with care stand out. You can see it in their clarity, intelligence, energy, and competence. Their bodies don’t just ‘run’ ; they perform.
