My hubbin and I were away last week on a mixed business/fun trip, and I used some tried-and-true hacks to come home feeling human instead of wrecked. A few of my favorites: - On the plane: water over wine (mostly), get up and move around every 30 minutes - At the hotel: short walk as soon as I land, thermostat set to 65 for sleeping, skip the sad continental breakfast carb situation and go straight for eggs. - In general: snacks from home, book instead of phone, and protecting my downtime like it's a meeting I can't cancel. Energy is a precious resource, and traveling doesn't have to drain it. What's your number one travel hack for protecting your energy? [ ] Water and sleep discipline [ ] Movement and fresh air [ ] Eating clean on the road [ ] Protecting my downtime [ ] I just suffer through it 😅
