No judgment. Just notice. (Busy week? Forgot your board? Life stress?)
4. What's ONE thing you'll do THIS week to reconnect and move forward?
Not ten things. Just ONE.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: 💭
OPTION 1: Quick response, e.g. "Felt calm 3x this week, clearing my desk every night this week."
OPTION 2: Detailed response. Share the whole story - wins, struggles, adjustments.
OPTION 3: Silent: Read and reflect on your own.
