Snow Removal/Salting
I live in North Alabama. We get a lot of snow maybe 2 weeks a year? Nothing crazy. I know it would not be worth investing in plows and stuff, but I’ve seen a few guys locally operating the service. Do you think it would be worth incorporating for just 1-2weeks of extra work? I’m not sure what sorts of pricing you can charge per man hour or what the margins tend to be. I would love to be able to profit a little in the off season. With my current setup I am almost break even in January and February.

Garland
Hey, we had maybe a handful of jobs this year where the Garland didn't really seem to fit nicely. What I mean is we would end with maybe needing 3 ft, so instead of cutting we would double back and make it thicker. I saw someone say they cut to fit, but then it starts becoming more custom for a job and more marking. Just want to see what people do and how they do it
