With Thanksgiving coming, you need to prepare for having the week of Thanksgiving wide open and ready for new installs. Why is this important? 🔥Higher paying jobs close when people have deadlines they need to hit 🔥You want to be able to take on more work when the demand is the highest 🔥We raise our prices the week of Thanksgiving equaling more profitable jobs 🔥Your competitors will not be able to do the work so your close rate goes higher! Focus on getting all the work you have currently scheduled knocked out so you can be ready!

Guys I need some advice here. I've had triple the amount of inquiries than I did last year so im getting calls. My close rate is terrible though. My interactions are great and I usually can provide a quote within an hour of getting off of the phone. Every single customer comes back with the same thing saying im too expensive. I offer 3 rates...labor only if you have your own c9 lights (6/ft install and takedown), 1 year lease with my lights ( 12/ft), 3 year lease (10/ft). Are these numbers not in the average market price? I just launched an ad campaign on Facebook so hoping that helps
