Garland
Hey, we had maybe a handful of jobs this year where the Garland didn't really seem to fit nicely. What I mean is we would end with maybe needing 3 ft, so instead of cutting we would double back and make it thicker. I saw someone say they cut to fit, but then it starts becoming more custom for a job and more marking. Just want to see what people do and how they do it

@Phillip Herrejon We actually just charged by the foot. Makes it easier for us, and we always overestimated so we never had to worry about under bidding.

Our minimum is $1000, but I think we only have two people who are under 1650. Majority of people upsell themselves!

Do you run just on a local channel, and what days and times have you seen work best.

@Sam Elsts I see. I guess so bigger question would be is it worth spending the extra money to run during prime time hours. Do you see a bigger return running during those times, or do you think running it on the lesser cost hours has the same ROI. I want my ROAS to be solid, but I'm willing to spend more to make more.

Bought our first pallet. Think it ended up saving a ton on shipping and lost revenue for days like today where we are stuck waiting on material. Here we go π

Christmas light contractors would be the probably preferred place. They even have a code, MYGUYSAM. It should be an additional resources in this
