I wanted to send a quick reminder of what this community is about!
This community is here to help you learn how to move your body just like you did when you were a kid! Now I understand your body is a little different now than it was then, but aging is used too often as an excuse for pain and poor movement.
There is NO REASON you can't live pain free (or reduced pain if you've had a severe injury) and move with active muscles that provide the strength, balance and coordination you need to do the everyday function and fun that you want!
Here are your steps (If you haven't done them already) ๐
- Start the free course: Commit to daily consistency! Changes in the body take time, consistency is the key to making those changes that you need and want

- Join the weekly Q&A calls
- Introduce yourself: name, country (state if in the USA), and your goal.
- Stay active: ask questions, help others, share wins, make friends, have fun!
