Front hip pain was driving me crazy…
I started with targeted hip joint stretching and it helped a bit — the sharp pain in the front of my hip eased up.
But the pain never fully went away… until I also released the restrictions in my feet and ankles.
Once I addressed the whole chain (feet + ankles + hips), the pain disappeared completely.
