🎯 Let’s talk about goals
Not all goals are the same type. Some are growth goals. You’re building something new, learning a skill, launching a product, or increasing your income. Some are maintenance goals. Keeping healthy habits going. Serving existing clients well. Staying consistent. Protecting what you’ve already built. Some are recovery goals. Restoring your energy. Paying off debt. Simplifying your business. Creating margin again. Some are freedom goals. Building systems, assets, and income streams that give you more choices over time. 💛 Which type best describes your biggest goal right now? Or is it something else? Tell us about it in the comments!

🧠 Fun Friday: Have You Heard of Einstein Time?
Today's idea comes from Gay Hendricks in The Big Leap, and it completely changed how I think about time. Most of us live in what he calls 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲. "I don't have enough time." "I'm too busy." "There's never enough." But what if time isn't just something that happens to us? Hendricks introduces the idea of Einstein Time, where instead of saying: ❌ "I don't have enough time." you ask: ✅ "How am I creating my experience of time?" It's a subtle shift, but a powerful one. It moves us from feeling like victims of the clock to becoming more intentional about how we spend our time. Over the next few Fridays, I'd love to explore this idea together through the lens of Income Without Burnout. Not just how we manage time... But how we create more freedom with it. 💬 To start us off, finish this sentence in the comments: If I had two extra hours every day, I would...

Score for last week
Weekly Execution Score: 54 % of planned commitments completed Your target is 80 percent. Planned vs Executed: Planned commitments: 13 Executed commitments: 7 Primary Execution Breakdown: Only complete this section if your score is under 80 percent. Choose ONE root cause: Focus drift One of my personal goals is coming together and just rocking my world. I love consciously planning fun with family each week. We went roller skating on Friday night and Saturday night to get everyone out of the house, and doing something memorable. The 8 year old started out in tears because it was hard. By Saturday night he was zipping around that rink so proud of himself. Just priceless. One of my other goals, not so much. I have tried to stay connected to building an Etsy shop and its just such a struggle. Currently I'm tuning in to spirit guides and intuition about what to do about building income without burning out.
