Most days, I could keep finding more and more things to do in my business.
- More to improve.
- More to tweak.
- You know the drill.
But this week, burnout hit hard.
Why? Because I hustled.I built a funnel. Dialed it in. Wrote the email sequence. Tested everything. Created ad creatives. Launched Facebook ads.
All the exciting stuff. The stuff that feels like progress. The kind of progress that makes you think, “This is it. This is what successful online coaches do. I finally have a real system.”
And then… the drop.
- $200 in ad spend.
- 63 leads.
- One $27 sale.
- Email open rates under 40% — even for a free lead magnet.
After the time, money, and energy invested, I was really hoping for better ROI. And when that didn’t happen, it hit me harder than I expected.
So I’m being honest here: I need a break.I need to step back. Maybe even pause.
I got energetically attached to the outcome, and that’s on me. When you do that, the lows feel extra low.
Sharing this because:
- Burnout doesn’t mean you’re failing
- Effort doesn’t always convert immediately
- And sometimes the smartest move is rest, not more action
I feel like could appreciate this post here.
