New To Industry

Hello all from NH. I'm new to the industry and am hoping to connect with investors and mentors to help out deals together. I've been in talks with brokers already and have been sent deals to review and run numbers on. I would love to work with a team who knows the industry and sticking points to avoid. I hope to find and grow within this community and share successes with you all.

I'm retiring from the military in the next 25 months and this will be my next career. Get on the train or get out the way. Success is a mindset.
