Mulberry deal - looking for capital partner - last chances

Hi all!

The Mulberry deal is on its way out as the seller plans to put it on market tomorrow if I don't give them any positive news. A serious investor would save our sinking ship with returns that are hard to find since we're offering cash flow, equity and a payment on what you invested!

Attached are screenshots of our numbers, as we walked through with Christian. The pot was sweetened by adding in a clear, visual path to the Investor's full return at 5 years from cash flow alone as well.
