I just closed on my first large multifamily deal, 9 units bringing me to 20 units total.
Big thanks to for all the help, the mentorship has given me the confidence to take on bigger deals and get out of my comfort zone.
I found this deal off market by networking with owners.
Currently working on an 8 unit and a 30 unit too! 🇺🇸
