Can't find seller second financing!!
Hey gang. I have an awesome Ohio deal with great terms but I'm struggling to find a lender who will allow a 40% seller second note... anyone have any ideas?
Property is a SFH in Akron Ohio, 6 bed 2 baths, 6 tenants, 1.80+ DSCR, 24%+ COC, solid deal!
Just need help with financing! Was hoping to do the Cody strategy (50% bank / 40% note / 10% equity).
Help! lol
