Advice please
Share advice to easily find & get a yes from cash buyers who are active & ready. I approached a cash buyer on TikTok with the numbers + ARV and comps. They never responded. What am I doing wrong?
As a REI + wholesaler at the same time… is JV my only option as a beginner..
