You do not need to become someone else to step into your power.
The Solar Plexus is not about becoming louder.
Doing more.
Or proving your worth.
It is about allowing yourself to take up the space that is already yours.
To trust your choices.
Move with intention.
Follow what feels true.
And let yourself be seen.
Because confidence is not something we wait to feel.
Sometimes it grows through movement.
Through expression.
Through allowing ourselves to take one small step forward.
