Good Wednesday everyone đ
Earlier this week, we began exploring the Solar Plexus Chakra â
the stage connected to identity, confidence, action, and discovering who we are.
And maybe you can already recognize how differently this energy can show up in life.
Some days we feel clear.
Confident.
Decisive.
Connected to ourselves.
Other days something shifts.
We hesitate.
Overthink.
Wait for permission.
Say yes when we mean no.
Hide parts of ourselves.
Or feel like we need to prove our worth before taking space.
And sometimes we move in the opposite direction â
pushing harder,
controlling more,
doing more,
trying to earn the feeling of being enough.
The Solar Plexus reminds us that personal power is not about becoming bigger.
It is about feeling safe to be fully yourself.
