Just found my first ever aluminum tig weld from about 7-8 months ago and decided to compare to now. The difference is massive and I feel this proves the point of practice being key in this form of welding. For me this is a huge eye opener in showing how far I’ve come. I’ll probably retry this exact joint in the near future to see an exact side by side. The first one is 1/8 thick and the door (the weld I did today 1/16).
