I closed my first deal today. With my 2nd due to close this week(same client). Im very proud of myself, because this is a difficult client, but I maintained my professionalism throughout the process. Now I haven't received my wire yet, because the Title Co. missed a signature 😫😫Nevertheless a win is a win!!!
