Sooo, I got a an inquiry for someone who wants to take out a bridge loan to use for their equity contribution. They have fair credit with some negative things on there, extremely low liquidity, no collateral or reserves, and are looking to do a nearly $10 million ground-up construction. Please pray for them and me!!
