Excited newbie!

Hey, all! So excited to be here! My day job is accounting but I’ve been a real estate investor since the late 1990’s. I’m rebuilding my portfolio after a nasty divorce and find myself organically creating a network of commercial and residential real estate resources.

In 2026, I’d like to buy 2-3 more properties. My biggest challenge is capital. My credit was hit hard after the fallout of a crypto scam I got caught up in. I joined MBM to help other investors find lending for their projects while building up my capital nest egg.
