We have added a Super Jumbo loan program for 1-4 unit residential investment properties- loan amounts up to $10m, no DSCR requirement, and just a 600 minimum FICO requirement. Another huge update- there is no minimum FICO requirement for max LTV (70-75%) on purchase deals. On top of this, brokers can make 2% in YSP which is fully paid to you at closing. These enhancements create more opportunities to get the challenging loans done and maximize your compensation.
