Small win
Small win on yesterday someone reached out about buying my land. I ended up asking was he a real estate investor. Found out that he was but looking for property to build a house on. He is also an investor and realtor who is selling his property and buying more and want to use DSCR loan. Next time I am home he wants to meet up .
