Ready to launch my YT channel!!!

For 3 months I experimented with many marketing content types and channels - blogging, Instagram, LinkedIn DM’s etc.

Got some engagement but not many leads and did not make traction because I was doing too much!

After seeing a few folks in here gaining momentum and closing deals with one marketing channel, about a month ago I decided to do my 1 to 1 marketing strategy call with Malcolm.

Being that I used to do trainings for Commercial Real Estate investors he suggested long form video might be a good marketing focus for me - doing one video a week.

A week after that call, I got less than 24 hours notice I needed to take temp custody of my 15 year old nephew from the DC area. So had to put everything on hold bc I was not expecting everything to be so time consuming and mentally exhausting. I don’t have kids!

After a VERY challenging first month (today is 1 month), we found peace last week through a Boosie Badazz video. He is a rapper who also develops real estate and is building a family compound on 88 acres in Georgia. It’s opened a portal for us to discuss our shared dreams and goals in real estate investing and building a better future for our family.

The last few days I have been able to do a hard reset and am now on a mission to get my channel launched. I drafted my first month of topics and can’t wait to share my first video with you.
