Flow > Force: The Power of Simple Actions
I had to call Malcolm Friday morning because my direct lender who finances mobile home parks doesn’t finance RV parks. This lead actually came from Facebook marketing—specifically from one of my early-morning prospecting sessions.
I woke up around 1 a.m. PST with a strong urge to hunt for new opportunities, so I followed that inspired action, then went back to sleep. By the time I got up again around 7:30 a.m., I had a voice message from a seller of an RV park. They already have a strong buyer in place, but the deal was stuck due to issues with the buyer’s tax returns.
I quickly coordinated a call between Malcolm and the seller. Now, we’re waiting for the buyer’s broker to send over the full file so we can get to work. The timeline is tight, and the rural location presents some challenges—but once again, I’m reminded to trust the process and show up with my best.
