As I walk this journey, I’m realizing that life mirrors my thoughts and feelings about myself. I missed the 5am High Performers group because I told myself, “I’m not getting up at 2am PST.” But here’s the thing—I’ve worked that shift for someone else before. So, what’s really holding me back?

I’ve decided not to be hard on myself. Instead, I’ll keep moving forward. Fast forward to Tuesday night: what I could have been doing with the High Performers at 5am, I’m doing now. It’s hunting time! I posted, I called, I took action. Why just comment on a post when I can make a call?

That’s how I met George. He works for a wholesaler’s company and has a 7-unit under contract. Local banks won’t touch it—vacant property, no financials. As he told me about the property, I asked more about him and the buyer, the story behind the deal.

Whether or not this deal closes, the lesson is clear: show up prepared, ready to serve.

That’s the real win—just keep showing up with an attitude of service. The rest will follow.
