I joined 🎉
Hi everyone! I’m so excited to be here, I have joined the community for a while now 🎉
Content is not another channel. It is a layer.
Most business owners treat content like one more thing on the list. Website. Cold calls. Emails. Referrals. Content. That is why it feels like extra work that never pays. Content is not another lane. It is a layer that sits on top of every lane you already run. Same cold call, except they already watched you explain the thing. Warmer. Same email, except they recognize your face. More replies. Same website, except the video answers what the page could not. Fewer questions. You did not add a channel. You took the friction out of the ones you had. Because that is the real problem. It is almost never "I don't post enough." It is that the person on the other end cannot tell what you have, or what changes for them if they get it. Every question you leave unanswered is friction, and friction is where deals slow down and quietly die. Content answers those questions once, then keeps answering them while you sleep. Here is what that looked like this week. I spent 4 hours in San Antonio shooting for a client's 2026 cohort. One location. Photo and video. Two jobs out of the same 4 hours: 1. Evergreen. Content that promotes the program every time it opens, this year and next year. 2. Right now. Reels that go out this week, so people in that city understand the program long before anyone asks them to join. Number 2 is the one people skip. They wait for launch week, then try to explain the offer and sell it in the same breath. That is the most expensive way to launch anything. Teach for 30 days. Ask on day 31. The ask gets easy, because the explaining is already done. Your turn. Pick the one thing you already do to get customers. Cold calls, emails, your site, referrals, whatever it is. Now answer this: what is the one question people always ask you right before they say yes? Make that one piece of content this week. That is your first layer. Drop your question in the comments and I will tell you exactly what I would make.

Episode 14 Replay: NOTHING RIDES THE TRUCK WITHOUT AN AUDITION
We spent four episodes teaching you how to test content. Today we finally answered the part nobody asks out loud. What do you do when something actually works? Short answer. It has to audition first. Three signals decide it. Views are not one of them. Two of the three and it earns your ad money. One and you run it again a different way. Zero and you let it go, no matter how proud of it you are. The exact numbers to look for are in the replay. Also in there: - The three numbers I check before a single dollar goes behind a post, including one with a target most people have never heard of - Why the Boost button is the most expensive shortcut in marketing, plus the two other ad killers quietly draining budgets in this group - How one of you got cost per registration down to 8.97, and the messy test that found it - The landscaping account doing skits for millions of views, and why copying them would probably hurt your business - A story about clay pots that explains why your best content is still ahead of you - Everything we shipped in the Content OS this month, including the deeper Brand Discovery The prompt that scores your last 10 posts and names your winner is pinned in the first comment. Run it. Then post your winner and the verdict you got. Truck, re-angle, or let it go. If it passed, put it in the wins category so we can all see it. Quick community update. There are 239 of us now. 210 joined in the last 30 days at 19.1% on cold traffic, with a few days hitting 28.5%. One more thing. The Accelerator founding cohort starts August 31. Click by click ad account setup, distribution training, and posting straight out of the Content OS. DM me or Melissa if you want in. Watch it, then go audition your best post. Most of you are about to learn something uncomfortable about your favorite one. That is the useful part.
