Daily Journaling π Write your thoughts, lessons, struggles, wins. This is your mental mirror. Reflection creates clarity. 5. Prayer & Meditation (5β10 min minimum) ππΎ Silence the noise. Tap in spiritually. Strengthen your relationship with your Creatorβand with your higher self. 6. NO VICES β This is non-negotiable. - No smoking - No alcohol - No drugs - No adult content Your energy is sacredβprotect it like it matters. 7.
