⚙️ Your Daily Habits Menu (Pick Based on Your Level)
These are the 7 Execution Habits that form the foundation of Monk Mode. Depending on your Execution Level, you’ll choose a set number of habits to commit to and track daily:
1. Physical Activity – 30 Min Minimum 🏃🏾♂️
Move your body every day. Gym, home workout, run, walk, hike—doesn’t matter. Just move with purpose.
2. Structured Diet or Food Elimination 🥗
Either follow a clean eating plan (no junk, processed food, etc.) OR cut out one major vice (sugar, fast food, soda, etc.).Discipline starts with what you put in your body.
3. Read 10+ Pages of Non-Fiction 📘
Fuel your mind with wisdom—personal growth, finance, psychology, faith, mindset. Real ones read daily.
4. Daily Journaling 📝
Write your thoughts, lessons, struggles, wins. This is your mental mirror. Reflection creates clarity.
5. Prayer & Meditation (5–10 min minimum) 🙏🏾
Silence the noise. Tap in spiritually. Strengthen your relationship with your Creator—and with your higher self.
6. NO VICES ❌
This is non-negotiable.
- No smoking
- No alcohol
- No drugs
- No adult content
Your energy is sacred—protect it like it matters.
7. Personal Rule (Optional) ✍🏾
Add your own custom rule that aligns with your current goals.(Could be: No social media, cold showers, sleeping before 11PM, etc.)
🧭 How to Use This Protocol Based on Your Execution Level
- 🔰 Focus Mode (Beginner): Pick 2–4 habits to lock in.
- 🔵 Performance Mode (Intermediate): Commit to 5 habits.
- 🔴 Elite Mode (Top 1%): All 7 habits, daily. No compromise.
👉 Be honest with yourself. Don’t try to be a hero—build consistency first, then level up.
