Question for the group: How could we incorporate regenerative farming into our real estate investments?
I’ve been thinking about whether there are opportunities to do more with land than simply hold it or develop it. Could practices like improving soil health, growing food, or partnering with local farmers create value for a property and the surrounding community?
I’d love to hear if anyone has tried this, seen a model that works, or has thoughts on what types of properties might be a good fit.
