Question for the group: How could we incorporate regenerative farming into our real estate investments? I’ve been thinking about whether there are opportunities to do more with land than simply hold it or develop it. Could practices like improving soil health, growing food, or partnering with local farmers create value for a property and the surrounding community? I’d love to hear if anyone has tried this, seen a model that works, or has thoughts on what types of properties might be a good fit.

@Lexi Teifke how do you prepare your clients for the potential costs involved if an eviction becomes necessary? Do you provide them with an estimated budget or cost breakdown upfront, or do you recommend that they set aside funds in advance in case an eviction occurs?
