My oldest son recently introduced me to a music genre called Phonk. I sometimes call it meme-music since that’s mostly where I hear it on social media—but it’s actually a whole genre.
Anyway, he loves it, and the other day I put my headphones on to really give it a listen. I realized it’s awesome for working out—especially when I’m rebounding in place. The tempo is perfect, and the songs are short enough that they feel like little easy wins.
